Refund & Returns Policy – DUDUAUTO ZA (PTY) LTD

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from DUDUAUTO ZA (PTY) LTD.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Refund and Return terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage

  • All DUDUAUTO Android Radios come with a 24-month warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are only processed if there is a confirmed fault with the unit.
  • You must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Before a refund or replacement is approved, we must be allowed to troubleshoot the issue remotely.
  • The full package, including all original accessories, must be returned unless we confirm otherwise.
  • Refunds/replacements will only be processed once the returned unit is inspected and verified to be complete and in acceptable condition.

No Change of Mind Returns

  • DUDUAUTO ZA (PTY) LTD does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect product selection.
  • Please ensure that the product you order is compatible with your vehicle before completing your purchase.
  • If you are unsure, contact us for guidance before placing your order.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to us.
  • If the product is found to be faulty under warranty, DUDUAUTO ZA (PTY) LTD will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.
  • If the returned product is not faulty, the customer is responsible for both return and re-delivery costs.
  • Repairs or replacements for items outside the warranty period will be at the customer’s expense.

Processing Timeline

  • Returns are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the product.

Resellers

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly from DUDUAUTO ZA (PTY) LTD.
  • Warranty and return terms offered by resellers or third-party sellers are not covered by us.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

  • Neglect, misuse, accident, abuse, or force majeure (fire, flood, etc.)
  • Improper installation or use not in line with the product’s intended purpose
  • Physical damage (cracks, broken connectors, water damage, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modification, repair, or software/firmware upgrade
  • Operational errors caused by user settings
  • Missing, damaged, or tampered serial number/warranty labels
  • Improper or inadequate packaging when returning a product
